Our recent trip to Melaka was a rewarding journey, filled with insightful interactions and positive feedback. As we explored this historic state, we aimed to connect with our users and better understand their needs. Our visits spanned across 10 distinct locations: Seri Duyong, Mydin Jasin, Taman Maju, Pasar Borong Jasin, Melaka Baru, Kota Laksamana, Malim Jaya, Batu Berendam, Pantai Klebang, and Alor Gajah.
At each stop, we were thrilled to see a high level of brand awareness. People recognized our products and shared their experiences with enthusiasm. One of the highlights was the overwhelming positive feedback on our Char Koay Teow Paste, especially when paired with Laksa Pendek. This combination seems to be a favorite among our consumers, and it was heartening to hear how much they enjoy it.
We also discovered that our Mee Kuning and Koay Teow Halus are among the most familiar products to our users. Their popularity underscores the importance of these staples in the local cuisine, and it reinforces our commitment to maintaining their quality.
The feedback we received throughout Melaka was invaluable. It provided us with a deeper understanding of our users' preferences and highlighted areas where we can further enhance our offerings.
