Our food truck's recent journey through Johor began with a bang at the Jelajah Kembara Perpaduan event, where we prepared 3,000 meals for marathon participants. This government-organized unity event set the stage for our culinary adventure across the state, showcasing our ability to work under pressure and serve large crowds efficiently.

From there, we embarked on a flavorful odyssey that took us to 23 unique locations across Johor, including Johor Bahru, Pasir Gudang, Masai, Larkin, Skudai, Muar, Batu Pahat, and Kluang. At each stop, we immersed ourselves in the local pasar malam (night markets) and pasar pagi (morning markets), sharing our innovative dishes while gathering valuable feedback from diverse communities. This journey allowed us to refine our menu, creating fusion dishes that resonated with local tastes and reflected the rich culinary heritage of each area.
